Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific has announced Ryan Ennis as the new resort manager at the recently opened Ramada Resort Dinner Plain in Mt Hotham, Victoria. Ennis and fiancée Maria Salvatierra bring years of experience in hotel administration to the role, with Ennis last year being named the Australasian hotel industry’s best Front Office Associate
“We have seen for ourselves Ryan’s skills in major aspects of hotel management, including managing staff, auditing, food and beverage, reservations, budgeting and, crucially, providing memorable experiences for guests,” said David Brown, Regional Director of Operations. “We are confident that Ryan and Maria together are the right team to officially launch Ramada Dinner Plain and build a reputation of excellence for the resort.”
Dinner Plain was purchased by Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific in December last year.
