Africa's leading food service and hospitality trade show kicks off this Sunday. With 30 years under their belt, the exhibition is where the who's who of the industry come to do business.
The event is split into four areas, covering all of the essentials within the world of food service. Now in its fourth year, IFEA allows buyers to see what the South African and international food and drink markets have to offer. For beverage enthusiasts, The Drinks Cabinet celebrates the ever-growing and constantly evolving drinks market in South Africa and the African continent. It will include soft drinks, beer, ciders, spirits and wine. For interior design, Contract Furnishing Africa will cover all furnishings for retail stores, hotels, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The area will be fully made up to showcase Contract Furnishing in actual use. And finally for caffeine addicts, Tea & Coffee Africa provides an aromatic platform for producers and distributors of hot beverages to display their products.
