The SCI Equipment Awards were on display at HotelAsia – part of Food & Hotel Asia 2018. The awards recognise manufacturers who have incorporated sustainability, cost-saving and innovation into their foodservice solutions.
In the heavy equipment category, Granuldisk’s Granule Gastro/pot and pan washing machine took out the top award, with Adande Refrigeration’s Aircell and Crivat Integral Refrigerated Grab and Go Cabinet receiving runner-up.
In the light equipment category, Meiko Maschinenbau claimed the top award with the M-iClean H hood-type machine and Zerica came runner-up with the BeViLaNatura hot and cold drink dispensers.
