Marriot International has officially opened its new five-star hotel The Westin Perth. Built on Western Australia’s former firefighting headquarters, the hotel has 368 rooms and cost AUD 500 million to build.
Eight Westin suites, ten club suites, five executive suites and one executive suite make up the rooms. Food and beverage offerings include a restaurant run by acclaimed chef Guy Grossi.
The Westin is Marriot International’s third hotel in Perth and joins a competitive market in the area, where almost 2,000 additional hotel rooms have opened over the last five years.
