Three of Hong Kong’s top-ranking hotel brands will offer the popular, plant-based Impossible burger on their restaurant menus.

Hotel ICON, Grand Hyatt, and InterContinental Grand Stanford are now among the several Hong Kong locations offering the acclaimed burger.

The Impossible burger is served in nearly 2,000 restaurants across the United States and Hong Kong.

Served on a vegan bun and topped with gouda, onions and pickles, the ‘meat’ in the Impossible burger is made from simple ingredients including water, wheat protein and coconut oil. It also features a special ingredient - heme - which contribute to the signature meaty taste.
