A consented building plan for a seven-storey hotel and its surrounding land in Central Christchurch have been placed on the market.
The Colombo Street property consists of 1,019 square metres of flat ground.
In February 2016, the Council granted consent for the construction of a seven-level hotel, retail and apartment development on the site.
The land and consented building plans are being sold together by tender, with tenders closing at 4 pm on June 14.
Plans for the consented building include 475 square metres of street-level retail space, 2,336 square metres of studio and one-bedroom serviced apartments spread over four levels.
