For the seventh year running, The Rees Hotel Queenstown’s True South Dining Room has won silverware at the Wine Spectator Awards.
Previously, True South Dining Room had won the Award of Excellence every year at the Wine Spectator Awards. This year it went a step further, winning the even more prestigious 2018 Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence.
“To receive the higher Best of Award of Excellence this year and to be recognised again for the seventh year in a row, by one of the most prestigious and well known international reviewers for our wine selection is a remarkable achievement and yet another excellent outcome for The Rees in 2018," said Mr Rose.
The Best of Award of Excellence highlights wine lists which display a great breadth across multiple winegrowing regions, with significant depth and impeccable presentation.
