Following a string of hotel brand acquisitions in the last two years, AccorHotels has finally centralised its customer loyalty system.
Members of previously acquired brands’ loyalty clubs, including Fairmont, Raffles, and Swissotel, will now join the Le Club AccorHotels loyalty program.
The membership status of the original loyalty program will be transferred to their Le Club account. Exclusive offers that the old loyalty programs offered customers have been moved to the Le Club accounts, respective of each brand.
This move had been a long time coming, as AccorHotels’ rapid expansion had caused the loyalty programs across brands to become convoluted and inconsistent.
