Chinese tourists have cancelled more than 7,300 hotel room bookings in the Thailand province of Phuket.
This follows the sinking of the boat in Thailand on July 5 which killed 47 people, most of whom were Chinese tourists.
Cancellations are expected to increase as more hotels report their status. So far 19 hotels have reported their cancellations, with another 160 yet to report.
Three million Chinese tourists visit Phuket every year, with a further 10 million Chinese tourists visiting Thailand.
