23 AUSSIE HOTELS UP FOR SALE

The COMO MGallery in Melbourne.

An Australian portfolio of 23 hotels has been put on the market, expected to sell for up to $300 million.

The portfolio is made up of 23 AccorHotels properties in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Of the properties available, four are ibis Hotels and another 13 are ibis Budget Hotels. The six hotels available for lease include The COMO MGallery by Sofitel in Melbourne, the Novotel Brisbane, Mercure and ibis hotels in Brisbane as well as the Mercure and ibis hotels in Perth.

The assets and lease holdings may either be sold together or individually.
