Whisky dinner dish

Sofitel Auckland Harbour is hosting a Whisky Tasting Dinner at the hotel’s private dining venue. Partnered up with whisky brand The Glenlivet, the event will offer guests a five-course degustation menu matched with whiskies.

Whisky used in the dinner include The Glenlivet Founder’s Reserve, Nadurrra First-Fill and The Glenlivet XXV, each delivering unique flavours when paired with the food.

The menu crafted by Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour’s Executive Chef Sebastion Hindrichs includes venison carpaccio, crispy pork belly, butter-poached snapper, Wakanui beef filet and Valrhona chocolate mousse. The dinner will be held on September 5.
