Sarin Investments has unveiled its Napier CBD hotel. Due to open in December this year, the four-and-a-half-star hotel is yet to settle on a brand but will fit into the upper upscale market.
The project fits in with Sarin’s market niche of developing upscale four-and-a-half-star hotels. The company currently has six other New Zealand projects in development, including four hotels in Christchurch and two in Wellington.
