TALLEST BUILDING IN AUS CHOOSES A DESIGN

The international competition to find a design for Australia’s tallest building has finally closed.

Green Spine by UNStudio and Cox Architecture has been chosen to be built at the Southbank by Beulah site.

The $2 billion Green Spine project is set to become Australia’s tallest building, reaching 356.2m high. The sky-high megastructure takes its name Green Spine from the sweeping gardens on the terraces of every floor. At the top of the megastructure, the publicly accessible Future Botanic Garden will sit high in the sky.
