TALK TO THE ACCORBOT

Almost two million Australian AccorHotels customers will be aided with a Facebook Chatbot, AccorBot. The bot will be used to quickly respond to visitors and direct them to links on the websites of AccorHotels’ numerous franchises.

An example of how this would work would be customers sending a message like ‘Let’s book a room’ and the bot would respond with a link to a booking form or phone number to make reservations.

The bot instantly replies to guests’ customer service queries, answering simple questions promptly and leading users to websites for more information.
