CELEBRATING WINE AT SOFITEL

Sofitel will offer guests and visitors alike the chance to celebrate wine and French culture.

In September and October, visitors at Sofitel Australian, New Zealand and Pacific hotels can try menus and activities crafted around French wines and liqueurs.

At Sofitel Auckland, the team have made two wine and liqueur-based cocktails for guests to sample during the Sofitel Wine Days at the hotel’s Sabrage Bar and Lava Dining Restaurant.

Four-course meals inspired by French cuisine are also being prepared with French wines to match. Furthermore, every Saturday during Wine Days guests will be able to witness the Napoleonic tradition of bottles being opened with beheading with a ceremonial sabre.

Another ten Sofitel properties in Australia and the wider Pacific are also offering Wine Days events, services and special menus.
