ABANDONED CHCH HOTEL TO BE REPLACED

The derelict all seasons hotel.

A new build 127-bed hotel will replace Christchurch’s abandoned All Seasons hotel. Resource consents have been filed for a new three-storey hotel on the site with a restaurant, café, gym and pool.

The three-star All Seasons Christchurch was damaged significantly in the Christchurch earthquakes and been closed ever since. Squatters took over the property but will be out of a home when the derelict site is demolished in the near future.

The property is owned by the CP Group, run by the Pandey family who has long talked about building a new development on the site. The hotel will be managed by an international operator who is yet to be confirmed.
