The Invercargill Licensing Trust has appointed Bryan Townley as the manager for its new city centre hotel.
Townley has worked as the manager at ILT properties since 1994, where he first managed the Homestead. Since 2014, Townley has served as executive manager at the Ascot Park Hotel.
The plans for the hotel had been met with a mixed reception initially, but if all goes well the hotel will open in October 2021.
