CBRE has brokered the sale of ibis Styles Brisbane to Worldwide Hotels for $100 million.
The 367-room Brisbane CBD hotel sold off-market to Legend Land Brisbane Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Worldwide Hotels.
It’s Worldwide Hotels’ second major Australian acquisition this year after its purchase of Holiday Inn, Perth.
