Zuzana Sheppard (nee Zelonkova) has been appointed as front office manager at CityLife Auckland.
Having been with Heritage Hotels for five years, Sheppard started out as a duty manager at Heritage Queenstown and worked her way up to Front Office Manager for CityLife Hotel Wellington.
“I am thrilled to take up this exciting position, it’s another great step in my career path at Heritage Hotels, and I’m looking forward to joining CityLife Auckland just as its extensive refurbishments near completion,” said Zuzana Sheppard.
About 12 years ago, Sheppard first worked in the hotel industry in Slovakia. Outside of her work experience, she has also completed a Management of Culture and Tourism bachelor’s degree.
