Heritage Hotel Management has appointed Kevin Kluts as general manager at Heritage Queenstown.
Kluts has experience in both hotel operations, sales and marketing, both in New Zealand and North America. He worked in Canada for 20 years until August 2017, where he was most recently the regional operations general manager of Holloway Lodging Canada, overseeing 36 hotels.
Kluts’ career began in New Zealand when he completed a five-year internship before going on to become the general manager of three hotels across Te Anau and Christchurch.
“It’s a great opportunity to be back in New Zealand and work for such a well-respected hotel group. Heritage Queenstown to me is the jewel in the crown. The hotel has strong appeal for both leisure and MICE markets,” said Kluts.
