Four individuals have been arrested in Seoul for live-streaming video of guests in hotel rooms.
South Korean police discovered cameras hidden in TV boxes, hair dryer stands and other places in 42 hotel rooms.
The devices filmed an estimated 1,600 guests, with the live-stream going to a website where over 4,000 subscribers pay more than NZ$8750 per month to watch the streams.
