Heritage Dunedin Leisure Lodge celebrates its launch

Heritage Hotels has launched its Heritage Dunedin Leisure Lodge.

Located opposite the Botanic Gardens, the hotel has 76 hotel rooms set across two acres. It also features the McGavins Restaurant and Bar and two conference facilities in the McGavin Room and the historic Oast House.

“We are delighted to welcome this well-respected hotel to our group. Dunedin is a city we have wanted to be in strategically for some time. It has been worth the wait,” said Graham Yan, chief executive officer, Heritage Hotel Management.

The hotel was designed by architects Warren and Mahoney, and is held inside the former site of the McGavin brewery.

“Heritage Hotels as a hotel group is unique to New Zealand, shares our passion for Kiwi hospitality and promoting this great region. We look forward to working together,” said Leigh Stock, general manager of Heritage Dunedin Leisure Lodge.
