Just under two years after its initially scheduled opening date, Novotel Christchurch Airport now plans to open its door this November.
The project cost over $80 million and was built by Fletcher Building.
When construction began in 2016 the hotel originally aimed to be open by December 2017.
However, the project was initially pushed back to 2018 after Fletcher had to re-order steel and weather damage from a water leak plagued the hotel.
The property is now taking bookings from November 1 onwards.
