Heritage Hotel Management has announced the promotion of its conference sales executive Kylie Shaw to the role of corporate sales manager.
Previously Shaw has worked as a sales executive at Heritage Hotel, Aoraki Mt Cook. A Canadian national, she has experience in hotels, ski resorts, and tour operations in Canada, the USA, and Europe as well. Shaw will be based in the Auckland corporate head office.
“It all started for me working at the stunning Heritage Queenstown, then followed a move to Auckland to join the national conference and incentives team, so it’s fantastic to have an exciting career path as I continue my journey with the company,” said Shaw.
Shaw completed a Diploma in Ski Resort Operations at the Georgian College in Ontario, Canada, as well as the NZQA National Certificate in Tourism and Snowsports.
“Kylie has been a great addition to the conference and incentives team and it’s wonderful we can offer her a new opportunity in the group in this next role,” said director of corporate sales for Heritage Hotel Management, Brigid Tarr.
