FV by Peppers' much-anticipated third and final tower, No.1, has been completed.
Developed by luxury property developer GURNER, FV's No.1 tower completes the $600 million, three-tower development in Fortitude Valley's Alfred Street.
The opening of No.1 has added four new No.1 exclusive room types to the hotel - one-bedroom apartment Foresters Hall, two-bedroom one-bathroom Foresters Hall, two-bedroom two-bathroom Foresters Hall, and the grand The Fortitude Suite - all of which boast full kitchens with state-of-the-art appliances, a laundry, and separate lounge and dining areas.
All ‘No. 1’ apartments have access to state-of-the-art amenity on the level 31 rooftop including a curved skyline pool, two private spa areas with BBQ, bar and lounge areas and an array of lounge and dining areas.
FV by Peppers’ first two towers - Flatiron, Valley House - opened in September 2017. Their opening heralded the arrival of the Peppers brand in Brisbane.
