The new Novotel Christchurch Airport hotel has faced yet another setback, as its opening date is further delayed.
The hotel had been taking bookings for stays from November 1, but online reservation sites are now taking bookings from December 2, though Accor has not yet confirmed an opening date.
The hotel was originally scheduled to open in late 2017 but has faced numerous construction issues resulting in delays. Guests due to arrive this month have been rebooked elsewhere.
