Property management system developer RMS Cloud has won the best supplier award at the Quest Apartment Hotels New Zealand and Fiji Network Conference 2019.
Voted on by franchisees, RMS Cloud beat some tough competition to take out the title of the best supplier, which recognises its efforts in terms of support, service and product.
The award was accepted by Garth Kay, Global Support Manager at RMS Cloud, which over the past 12 months has rolled its enterprise property management database out across Quest’s New Zealand network of more than 30 properties.
“It was a challenging process and took a lot of people power on both sides to make it happen,” said Kay.
“In light of that, it’s very rewarding that the work we put into ensuring everything went to plan has been recognised by the franchisees.”
He said while it was a team effort, the dedication of Renee Hennessy, Bhagya Gunasena and Chris Hari from RMS deserved special mention.
