Award-winning collection of lifestyle hotels, Casa Cook, has unveiled its latest destination on the iconic island of Mykonos and renowned Adreas Ntougias as head chef.
Welcoming its first guests on 24 June 2022, Casa Cook Mykonos is the newest addition to join the Casa Cook family of boutique hotels. Located off the sparkling shores of the infamous Ornos Bay, with sweeping views of the endless Aegean Sea, this 26-room adults-only retreat is Casa Cook's most intimate hotel to date.
Just a stone's throw away from Mykonos town, the airport and the most popular beaches, Casa Cook Mykonos' design draws inspiration from traditional Mykonian cuboid houses. Meanwhile, the architecture imitates traditional villages where buildings have grown organically together and evolved to surround the town hall.
The boutique hotel is the most exclusive in the Casa Cook collection and comprises 26 luxury suites and villas. Each room is unique and features the same organic flow of clean lines, white surrounds and organic materials. The colours and materials embody the island's colour palette of bleached whites, azure blues, earthy browns and lush greens. Other elements authentic to the Cyclade islands with a modern twist, such as hand-woven fabrics and ethereal linen layers, capture the free spirit of the island.

The hotel has appointed Greece's very own Adreas Ntougias as head chef. Nikos Koulousias, who is a celebrity chef, was the mastermind and executive chef of the wedding of Harry and Megan in 2018 and Andreas was his friendly partner from a distance to that. Ntougias boasts many international acclamations despite his young age, including experience at Michelin-starred restaurants and awards, such as The Best Chef in 2019. Ntougias will be responsible for crafting the hotel's menus, where guests can expect traditional Greek classics reimagined with his trademark contemporary flair.
Inspired by paréa - a Greek word roughly translated as a wholesome get-together with friends - the pool and dining space are the perfect get-together spaces. Featuring large pergolas built by local craftsmen, guests can unwind and soak in the day outside with family, friends and like-minded travellers alike. A sculpture by the renowned French artist Bruno Catalano adds an ethereal touch to the space.
From early morning until late at night, Casa Cook Mykonos' mixologists will be ready to serve a careful selection of premium spirits, fresh juices, mocktails and signature cocktails. A private cellar offers guests their pick of top wines from around the world in addition to a rich collection of cigars.
The new hotel also boasts an impressively large swimming pool, an extensive gym and yoga shala with private and group classes, and a wellness centre complete with two double suites offering a full suite of treatments from facials by the all-natural Cinq Mondes to massage, peels and scrubs inspired by Ancient Greek rituals.
