Great Place to Work Institute has recognised Hilton as one of Australia's best companies to work for in 2022, ranking fifth on the top 50 list for companies with over 1,000 employees. This accolade marks the fourth time that Hilton has been named to the top of this prestigious list. Hilton is the only hospitality entity recognised by the Great Place to Work Institute.

Building on Great Place to Work certifications awarded in New Zealand, Fiji and Papua New Guinea, the award consolidates Hilton's position as the top hospitality company to work for in Asia since 2017.

"We are absolutely thrilled to have been once again recognised by the Great Place to Work Institute as the leading hospitality company to work for in Australia," said Paul Hutton, area vice president and head of Australasia, Hilton. "This recognition is an incredible testament to our industry-leading practices and purpose-led culture that provides our Team Members with great workplace environments, diverse career opportunities and rewarding benefits. Despite enduring one of the most challenging times in our company's more than 100-year history, our Team Members have remained committed to fostering a strong workplace culture for one another and have continued to live our purpose every day."

"This accolade is an attribute to all of our dedicated Team Members who are the foundation of what we do; who work tirelessly and passionately to provide our guests with memorable and heartfelt experiences, and for that, we are committed to creating the best and most inclusive home at Hilton - a welcoming environment that fosters inclusion, wellness and growth and inspires our Team Members to bring their best selves to work every single day," added Mary Hogg, regional director, human resources, Australasia, Hilton.

Hilton creates almost 2,000 employment opportunities annually across its Australasia corporate office and properties across Australia in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Albany, Surfers Paradise, Cairns, and the Northern Territory.
