Pan Pacific Melbourne Hotel was proudly announced as the winner of two prestigious awards at the fourth annual World MICE Awards. The gala ceremony, which celebrated the greatest achievements in the hotel industry, was held at the Waldorf Astoria Doha West Bay in Qatar.
Amidst fierce competition, Pan Pacific Melbourne emerged victorious as the recipient of Oceania's Best MICE Hotel 2023 award and Australia's Best MICE Hotel 2023 award.
These achievements are a significant honour for Pan Pacific Melbourne and solidify its reputation as a leading destination for regional meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE).

The World MICE Awards has continuously celebrated excellence in the hotel industry. Hotels within the MICE industry will nominate themselves for chosen categories, with the winner selected through an online voting system. There are 14 awards, with the winner of each determined by a mix of public and industry voters.
The gala ceremony brought together industry leaders and influencers worldwide to commemorate outstanding achievements in the field. Since its inception in 1994, it has become a prestigious event with highly sought-after awards.
In 2022, Pan Pacific Melbourne was named Australia's best MICE hotel, further reinforcing its position as a front-runner. This year's triumph in the Oceania and Australian categories underscores the hotel's continuous pursuit of excellence and innovation in MICE hospitality.
The sister event of the MICE awards is the World Travel Awards, which reward excellence in MICE tourism globally. The award winners will receive a trophy, media coverage and industry notoriety.
