USA | SuiteOp, the guest operations platform that unifies hospitality teams and guests in a single ecosystem, announced it had raised $3 million in seed funding.
The investment marked the company’s first external capital raise and would support product innovation, team growth, and expansion into new markets.
The round was led by ScOp, with participation from Dream Capital and strategic angel investors, including Kunal Shah, co-founder of ButterflyMX; Sudeep Singh, founder of HealthArc; Song Pak, former Executive Vice President at Revolution; and a private European fund.
SuiteOp was created in response to the operational challenges faced by co-founders Jean-Emmanuel Losi and Simon Seroussi while scaling their short-term rental company, Sosuite, in Philadelphia. Confronted by rising costs, labour shortages, and fragmented software, the pair built a platform designed to streamline hospitality operations through automation.
Since launch, SuiteOp has supported tens of thousands of units across multiple markets, achieving fivefold growth in run rate over the past year, maintaining fifteen percent month-on-month growth, and reporting zero percent customer churn.
The platform combines IoT oversight, smart automation, task management, guest screening, analytics, and guest-facing portals into one cohesive workflow. This allows operators to deliver high-end experiences without the cost or complexity of enterprise-level systems.
