New employees at IHG (International Hotels Group) will be able to work at more than 40 hotels across Australia under a new initiative to combat worker shortages and appeal to new workers who would love to travel around Australia for their job.
Casual workers will be able to use the new myFlex program by IHG Hotels, allowing them tow work at different IHG hotels around the country, provided they are able to commit to working 10 shifts a month.
No more separate job applications for each hotel, employees will have the luxury of experiencing a much more flexible approach to recruitment, that hasn't been seen widely across the accommodation industry as of yet.
This new initiative will appeal to a younger workforce who may want to see explore the country whilst simultaneously building up their career profile.
