Cordis Embraces the Flavours of Autumn in High Tea Experience

As the autumn leaves continue to fall in New Zealand, five-star hotel Cordis has presented an exquisite high tea experience in the heart of Auckland from 31 March - to 30 June 2022.

The hotel has welcomed guests to come and indulge in a superb selection of tea time treats with rich, autumn flavours from High Tea by Cordis with TWG.

Savoury offerings include carrot pannacotta with goat cheese crumble; classic salmon gravlax, gherkin marmalade, dill and sablé; and truffle brie tarlet, port wine glaze and hazelnuts. 

Meanwhile, sweet offerings include a delectable brûlée mousse cacao nib sponge; almond, mascarpone and roasted apple log and pumpkin St. Honoré. 

To round out the experience, delicate sandwiches and freshly baked scones are served with artisan jams and clotted cream, complemented by a delicious orange tea mocktail. The signature scone for autumn is spiced apple.
