Cordis Auckland Celebrates Mother’s Day

Cordis Auckland invites guests to celebrate Mother's day in lavish style with an exquisite selection of autumn-flavoured tea time treats from High Tea by Cordis with TWG on 7-8 May 2022.

There is something to suit every palate, featuring a diverse mix of savoury and sweet food offerings.  

Savoury offerings include carrot panna cotta with goat cheese crumble; classic salmon gravlax, gherkin marmalade, dill and sablé; and truffle brie tarlet, port wine glaze and hazelnuts. For sweet tooths, there is a delectable brûlée mousse cacao nib sponge; almond, mascarpone and roasted apple log and pumpkin St. Honoré.

Dainty sandwiches and hot-out-of-the-oven spiced apple scones adorned with artisan jams and clotted cream on the side complete the experience with an orange tea mocktail. 

The Saturday session will include a glass of sparkling wine, and the Sunday session will consist of a welcome champagne cocktail, a flower and a chocolate bar for each mother. 

A photo booth equipped with fun props, a custom design photo frame and instant print photos will also be available during the Sunday session.
