To celebrate mid-autumn, the acclaimed Nobu Singapore at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore has rolled out a limited edition Nobu Mid-Autumn lacquered gift box, comprising a duo of handcrafted baked mooncakes.
Drawing inspiration from Executive Chef Hideki Maeda’s heritage, the mooncakes are infused with flavours that elicit a sense of home.

Reinterpreting the signature bento box dessert on the menu at Nobu is the Matcha Lotus, Black Sesame and Valrhona Chocolate Pearls mooncake. Complementing perfectly is the Lotus with Yuzu Peel and Pine Nuts, scented with the citrus zestiness and the fragrance of pine nuts.
