ServeMe wants hospitality businesses to pick up those often-lost 2nd, 3rd, and 4th orders. The app allows customers a discreet notification method leaving them to continue their conversation, business meeting, birthday dinner, date, knowing that they have a request in the queue for service.

Not only does this service allow people to view the menu with their smartphone and Request Service to their table when they are ready to order (Restaurants can solely use it for this feature and continue to take orders their preferred way).

Hardware requirements:

Restaurants are not tied into any hardware with ServeMe as they very likely have everything they need already. A good WIFI connection, a current smartphone or tablet, and a pc for updating menus is all they need to get started. (customers use their own smartphones, on data or Wi-Fi if they offer it)

Please note: If you choose to print order dockets the App is programmed to work with an Epson TM-M30 POS printer. ServeMe do not supply any hardware.
