The ServeMe App is a revolutionary tool for faster, more efficient restaurant and hotel room service.
ServeMe helps hospitality venues capture revenue hidden in lost orders with technology that captures customers who look deep in conversation but want another round of drinks, customers left to enjoy drinks outside who decide they want snacks but can’t see staff, so the opportunity passes by, and customers who want to order more but don’t feel comfortable waving over busy staff.
With the Preview + Service version, customers simply open the ServeMe app to view the menu and press a button when they’re ready to order. This helps staff maximise their level of service by minimising check-in time and capturing lost orders. We’ve designed ServeMe’s technology to fit seamlessly into existing hospitality processes. It doesn’t replace anybody – it helps staff capture every order opportunity. For customers, the app is quick, easy, and fun to use.
With the press of a button, staff are alerted that a table would like attention. With this service in place, it means staff can spend more time processing orders, running food, and sharing laughs with tables than interrupting conversations to chase orders.
ServeMe wants hospitality businesses to pick up those often-lost 2nd, 3rd, and 4th orders. The app allows customers a discreet notification method leaving them to continue their conversation, business meeting, birthday dinner, date, knowing that they have a request in the queue for service.

Not only does this service allow people to view the menu with their smartphone and Request Service to their table when they are ready to order (Restaurants can solely use it for this feature and continue to take orders their preferred way).
In addition, restaurants can use it as an electronic ordering taking app. Select the table, take the order, add notes, confirm (instantly print it on the spot, then move to the next table).
ServeMe is offering its ‘Preview + Service’ product for free until end of 2023 to restaurants and cafés as a way to help them manage staff illness and staff shortages. There will be no obligation for you to continue with the service.
Hardware requirements:
Restaurants are not tied into any hardware with ServeMe as they very likely have everything they need already. A good WIFI connection, a current smartphone or tablet, and a pc for updating menus is all they need to get started. (customers use their own smartphones, on data or Wi-Fi if they offer it)
Please note: If you choose to print order dockets the App is programmed to work with an Epson TM-M30 POS printer. ServeMe do not supply any hardware.
