Star Wine List Reveals Top 100 Wines

Star Wine List has recently unveiled its Top 100, ranking the most frequently listed wine producers across the 2700 top wine lists in the world featured on its app and website. This is a popular guide showcasing vetted wine bars and restaurants worldwide, and it has expanded to 40 countries across all seven continents.

At the February Wine Paris and Vinexpo Paris conference, Krister Bengtsson, founder and publisher of Star Wine List, presented the ultimate top list for wineries, featuring the 100 producers with the highest wine listings.

Bengtsson noted that the top three producers are all well-known Champagne brands because the region has been a leader in producing and distributing quality wines worldwide.

He added that it's interesting to see grower champagnes and smaller artisanal producers that have a strong following among sommeliers on the list.

Star Wine List has also launched Star Wine List Pro. This professional search tool allows producers, importers, and other trade professionals to search thousands of wine lists in 40 countries worldwide.

"With Star Wine List Pro, we enable producers to see where their wines are featured on wine lists or their competitors; we give importers a way to learn more about their market, and we offer others in the trade the possibility to get intelligence on wines and pricing,"

Star Wine List has become a reference for many producers and other actors in the trade in finding great places to drink and sell their wines. Major players in the world of wines, such as Nyetimber, Familia Torres, and the Austrian Wine Marketing Board, partner with Star Wine List for communications and analysis.

It also works with key partners to develop more intelligence in the on-trade market. Customers can follow their competitors with dashboards and see how they rank in different markets in absolute numbers compared to others.
