Hotel & Shop Plus 2024 will return to Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC) from the 26th to 29th of March 2024. As China’s leading trade show, it has been devoted to hospitality and commercial space for more than 30 years. This event aims to be built as a one-stop souring platform for the construction and operation of hotels and commercial space.

2024 China International Building & Interior Design Forum
The “Breakthrough and Reinvention” theme will be a starting point for the restart of the industry. The forum will once again gather hot architects and designers in the industry to share design concepts and project cases, interpret the new trends of hotel and commercial space design, share the opportunities and challenges hidden under the new normal with the audience, and promote industry exchanges and cooperation.

The Hotel Plus Mockup Room will provide a platform and hub for “industry exchanges, grasping trends, and resource conbining” for hotel management groups, provincial and municipal tourism bureaus, real estate developers, investment owners in the form of “real scene mockup room” and “Summit forum”.
