From Tuesday, the 7th of January 2025, guests are invited to savour delightfully unique bites and refreshing fruit-infused teas for an exquisite afternoon in the elegant ambience of The Chandelier Lounge.
Beneath the spectacular chandelier, guests can unwind and relax in a tranquil setting. Whether gathering with friends or celebrating a special occasion, the Summer High Tea by Cordis has offered a delightfully opulent escape.
Guests can immerse themselves in a luxurious experience and create lasting memories while savouring the season's finest flavours. Served daily, with vegan and gluten-free options also available.
The thoughtfully curated menu will showcase the best seasonal ingredients, including savouries such as little doughnuts filled with prawns, spicy strawberry gazpacho, goat cheese tartlets, and capsicum tartelette.
A variety of sandwiches will also be available: Cucumber, peas and goat cheese sandwich, ham ribbon sandwich, and classic egg sandwich.
Sweets will include a summer berry pavlova, green tea and mango tart, and freshly baked scones.
Two complimentary hot beverages from an exclusive selection of premium TWG teas will enhance the dining experience.
