Monica Eisen has a wealth of experience, passion for hospitality, and a deep commitment to guest satisfaction.
After a successful international career spanning nearly two decades with Four Seasons, Monica Eisen became the General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Prague.
Monica Eisen began her Four Seasons journey in 2006 as an intern at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon. Since then, she has held key roles across several prestigious properties, including Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, and the former Four Seasons Hotel London at Canary Wharf.
Her extensive background in Food and Beverage, Guest Relations, Sales and Marketing, and the Rooms Division has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, making her an ideal leader for the team at Four Seasons Hotel Prague.
Eisen's international upbringing in Madrid instilled in her a love for travel and fine hospitality from an early age. This passion led her to pursue a Diploma in Swiss Hotel Management from Les Roches Marbella International School of Hotel Management, followed by a Master Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University. Fluent in Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, and with a basic knowledge of Italian, Eisen's multilingual skills and cultural sensitivity have been key assets throughout her career.
“I’m excited about this new chapter of my life in Prague. The city’s enchanting beauty, family-friendly ambiance, and welcoming spirit is also what brought me here,” she said.
“With its rich history and vibrant culture, Prague offers an inspiring backdrop for both professional growth and personal fulfilment, and I look forward to contributing to its legacy alongside the dedicated team at Four Seasons.”
Monica Eisen viewed her new role in Prague as a culmination of her diverse experiences.
“Recently, I was involved in opening a new hotel, and prior to that, I managed a historical property in Paris. Prague represents a hybrid of both scenarios. I’m excited to witness a team eager to elevate the Hotel's historical legacy, expertise, and reputation to new heights.”
Her passion for connecting with guests is central to her vision for Four Seasons Hotel Prague.
“Given our integral role in the city's history, fostering strong ties with the local community is crucial. Additionally, I want people to recognise that this is not just a destination to check off their bucket list,” she emphasised.
“Luxury is an emotion, a feeling of incomparable pleasure derived from how people connect and treat you.”
As Monica Eisen embarked on this exciting new journey in Prague, she remained committed to balancing her professional responsibilities with her role as a mother.
“‘Yes, you can!’ is my constant reminder that despite the challenges of juggling a General Manager role and motherhood, I refuse to accept limits and aim to reach new heights.”
