Acclaimed Queenstown hotel, The Rees Hotel, will welcome wine lovers to the south for its last wine weekend of 2025.
The Rees Hotel will host its annual signature spring Wine Weekend this November in Queenstown, New Zealand, for wine lovers everywhere, and its last wine dinner for 2025, with Dhall & Nash presenting Billecart-Salmon champagne at our French edition culinary event in December.
The Rees, long renowned for its internationally acclaimed cellar, wine list and innovative culinary events has again curated an exclusive food and wine weekend itinerary which will celebrate the best of Central Otago and Nelson terroirs with Blair Walter from Felton Road, Bannockburn, and Todd Stevens from Neudorf Vineyards in Nelson.
Over two indulgently unforgettable days, immerse yourself in masterclasses, dinners and intimate moments that showcase the stories and passion behind each bottle. The weekend will include a welcome dinner, wine masterclasses and tastings, a lunch at a wine country restaurant in Bannockburn and culminate in a degustation dinner at The Rees’ True South Dining Room, the menu for which will be creatively designed by The Rees’ executive chef, Trent Watson, and showcase local produce and authentic New Zealand flavours. There will also be generous leisure time for the attendees to spend enjoying the many delights of Queenstown.
Attendees can purchase individual tickets to all events over the weekend or an exclusive two-night residential package for two at The Rees.
