TFE Hotels has announced several key leadership appointments throughout its New Zealand portfolio, especially in management roles.

Stuti Kumar has joined TFE Hotels’ New Zealand Country Office as the new Director of People and Capability for New Zealand. With a decade of experience in New Zealand's human resources sector, Kumar brings a wealth of expertise and passion for value-driven leadership.
Throughout her career, she has led teams through organisational redesigns and successfully implemented key initiatives, including health and safety technology systems, payroll systems, and remuneration frameworks.
Most recently, Kumar served as the General Manager of People and Culture at Ezi Car Rental in Auckland, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing leadership capabilities, coaching and development to drive organisational growth and performance. In her role, Kumar will oversee the New Zealand portfolio in people.
TFE Hotel’s has appointed Lindsay David as Director of Sales, New Zealand.
With more than two decades of experience in hotel sales and business development, David has cultivated a career that has progressed into senior leadership, consistently driving strong revenue growth and building long-lasting client partnerships. Her career spans across roles with leading hospitality brands, including Millennium Hotels, IHG, and Rendezvous Hotel, where she developed strong alliances in the corporate, government and TMC sectors. David is passionate about creating meaningful connections, both with clients and within her team, and identifying new opportunities for business success. Her appointment reflects TFE Hotel’s continued investment in leadership talent and its commitment to strengthening commercial performance across the New Zealand portfolio.
With an 18-year tenure at TFE Hotels, including seven years in his previous role as General Manager at Rendezvous Hotel Melbourne, Joseph Stipo has been appointed as Hotel General Manager at Rendezvous Heritage Hotel Queenstown.
Prior to his official appointment, Stipo seconded in the General Manager role at Rendezvous Queenstown for three months to assist and support the team. His extensive experience in both operations and TFE systems and his inherent understanding for the Rendezvous brand were instrumental in a successful transition. During his time at Rendezvous Melbourne, he successfully oversaw all aspects of hotel operations, including guest relations, business development, and food and beverage services. Most notably, he led the refurbishment, relaunch, and rebranding of the hotel. Stipo has also held key management roles across Adina Apartment Hotels and Travelodge Hotels and holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management from the University of Canberra. Stipo has also completed the prestigious General Managers Program at Cornell University and an Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) course at the University of New South Wales Rajeev Dahiya is supporting Joseph in the Assistant Hotel Manager role at the MICE property.
