The Rees Hotel Queenstown has scheduled its annual Culinary Series Dinners, four dinners in Queenstown held on April, June, September and November.
The dishes at the True South Dining Room created by executive chef Ben Bradbury will be paired with local wines, starting with the Pyramid Valley Culinary Series Dinner on 5 April 2019.
The event is exclusively limited to just 50 people and will be hosted by Michael Henley and Nigel Kelly of Aotearoa NZ Fine Wine Co., as well as Mark Rose, CEO at The Rees.
The Mid-winter Christmas event will be held on 28 June, China Girl Girl Winemaker’s Dinner on 20 September and A Taittinger Christmas on 29 November.
The Rees Hotel Queenstown has worked with Ben Bradbury on the Culinary Series Dinners since 2009.
