Chinese-owned Qianlong Ltd has lodged a resource consent application to build a hotel at Queenstown’s Remarkables Park.
The plans detail a five-storey, 182-room hotel named Lakeview Gardens, as well as a café, restaurants, conference facilities and retail stores on the ground floor.
Last year Qianlong Farms was embroiled in the controversial $8.7 million sale of Jericho Station, which it pulled out of at the last minute.
