Mews Apartments & Suites Strengthen 11 Cadogan Gardens’ Portfolio

UK | 11 Cadogan Gardens, the discreet Relais & Châteaux five-star hotel set within four redbrick Victorian townhouses in the heart of Chelsea, has unveiled a new collection of Pavilion Road Mews Suites and Apartments.

Owned by Cadogan and managed by Iconic Hotels & Resorts, the newly completed collection of luxury apartments and suites on Pavilion Road further enhances the property’s long-stay offering.

The Collection

Building on the success of its much-loved existing apartments, originally introduced in 2021, the new additions mark a natural evolution of the property’s residential offering.

Since opening in 2012, the hotel has established itself as a refined Chelsea address, now offering 56 rooms and eight apartments, reflecting growing demand for design-led, longer-stay accommodation in the area.

An ode to the area’s historic mews, the two two-bedroom apartments and four suites are set across former private houses and historic stable buildings facing Chelsea hotspot Pavilion Road, a leading lifestyle destination in the heart of Chelsea, a stone’s throw from Sloane Square and the King’s Road, which this year continues to introduce independent artisans.

Guests have direct access to the charming, pedestrianised street for ultimate discretion, where local bakers, cheesemongers and butchers can be found, providing a luxury village feel in the heart of London.

Design & Layout

Blending a sense of residential independence with classic British craftsmanship, the apartments and suites bring together generous lateral living spaces and more intimate residential layouts under the same roof.

The former houses were home to horses, coachmen and stable hands for wealthy residents in the 18th and 19th centuries, subtle nods to which are peppered throughout the design concept, further inspired by Chelsea’s rich artistic, fashion, and architectural heritage.

The interiors by Gary Kellett draw on their origins through a refined palette of earthy tones, panelled detailing and antiqued brass, creating spaces that feel both timeless and quietly residential. Thoughtful touches add warmth and character, with faux fireplaces and curated artwork in living spaces, whilst kitchens comprise marble worktops, brass finishes and butler sinks.

  • The Pavilion Road Mews Apartments are each arranged with open living and dining areas overlooking Pavilion Road, fully equipped kitchens and two bedrooms with private bathrooms, designed to accommodate up to five guests. 24-hour room service, a mini-bar and hotel facilities, including the private Cadogan Gardens, Hans’ Bar & Grill, and fitness suite, are also available to Mews Apartments guests.
  • The Pavilion Road Mews Suites, located within the former stables, are arranged on a more intimate scale, each accommodating up to three guests and featuring king or twin bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, separate living areas and kitchenettes. Positioned within the historic mews building overlooking Pavilion Road, the suites benefit from direct access to the street while maintaining a connection to the hotel’s services.

According to Hugh Seaborn, CEO of Cadogan, Pavilion Road has become one of Chelsea’s most characterful neighbourhoods, and this project is an important part of its continued evolution. The serviced apartments are available to book now for dates from the 29th of June 2026, with the Mews suites following from the  27th of July 2026.
