QT Wellington's Hippopotamus Restaurant & Bar is hosting a special event in collaboration with Champagne House Perrier-Jouët.
Running from September 19 to October 3, Art of the Wild is a universe inspired by Maison Perrier-Jouët's heritage. Just as nature adorns the bottles of the Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque collection, so too will the natural world take over the restaurant.
To celebrate the launch of the event, Hippopotamus will be hosting a one night only ticketed celebration on September 19, featuring a five-course menu matched with Perrier-Jouët.
Until October 31 guests can enjoy flutes of premium champagne, including the Belle Epogue vintage which is rarely available by the glass. The restaurant has also created four champagne cocktails, available for $25.
Everyone who attends the dinner or buys a flute of Perrier-Jouët or champagne cocktail can enter the draw to win a piece of Meadowlark jewellery.
