Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Luxury & Lifestyle Collection, has announced its plans to open the first boutique hotel in the flourishing Denver Tech Centre neighbourhood in early 2024. Kimpton Denver Tech Centre will be the brand’s third property in the Mile High City, offering elevated stay experiences, as well as locally inspired restaurant and bar concepts for the Belleview Station development and its nearby businesses and residents.
Owned by DTC Hospitality Investors, LLC, and developed by Cypress 16, LLC in collaboration with McClurg Century Investments, LLC, the upcoming hotel will be a new-build lifestyle hotel showcasing 190 guestrooms, including 14 suites across 19 floors.
True to the Kimpton brand, Kimpton Denver Tech Centre will offer high-quality amenities and services, such as morning coffee and tea service, social hours in the evening, yoga facilities, an onsite gym, complimentary bicycles, and pet-friendly policies that will take the guest experience to the next level.
The new lifestyle hotel will feature an incredible restaurant and bar on the ground floor and a rooftop bar and lounge overlooking the expansive views of the Rocky Mountains. Additionally, 7,000 square feet of meetings and events space will offer guests a place to conduct business or celebrate in style.
The Denver Tech Centre has become a booming economic trading centre. Due to the business expansion in the area, Downtown Denver residents have been migrating to the Denver Tech Centre, increasing its residential population. With the influx of local residents, the hub has evolved into more than a corporate business traveller destination but also a leisure destination with many upscale retail, restaurant and entertainment venues.

When the Kimpton Denver Tech Centre opens in early 2024, the hotel will mark Kimpton’s third boutique hotel in Colorado’s greater Denver market.
