Marriott has partnered up with Sunnyland Investment Group to open the first Marriott Executive Apartments in Australia.
The 180-room all-suite hotel will be part of a mixed-use development featuring approximately 244 fully residential apartments with upscale amenities and services.
The property will include studios, single bedroom and double bedroom apartments with distinct sleeping, living and working spaces, and gourmet kitchens.
Construction is set to commence in 2024 and is expected to finish around mid-2026.
Located at 472-474 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, the building will be just three kilometres from the heart of the city and offer convenient access to business and leisure destinations, including the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Melbourne Cricket Ground, Crown Casino, Royal Botanic Gardens and St Kilda Beach.
