Nesuto Announces Key Executive Appointments across Australia and NZ

As part of its growth strategy across Australia and New Zealand operations, hotel and apartment brand Nesuto has announced three new appointments.

John Bristowe has been promoted to Director of Operations for Australia and New Zealand. Joining in September 2018, Bristowe has played an integral role in restructuring the group's New Zealand business and building strategic relationships. His new position will see him lead the operations of all Nesuto's Australia and New Zealand properties, including the upcoming opening of Nesuto Docklands in early 2023, backing property managers with everyday operations and implementing guest service and operating measures across the company.

Nikita Beresnev is the newly-appointed Commercial Director for Australia and New Zealand. Beresnev joined Nesuto in September 2018 as Director of Revenue Australia and New Zealand, championing rebranding, distribution and digital marketing strategies and forging strong relationships across sales, marketing, operations, and distribution partnerships. She serves as the main point of contact for Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and Distribution for Nesuto.

Lee Johnson has been promoted to Human Resources and Training Manager for Australia and New Zealand. Johnson joined the company in early 2019 as Learning and Development Manager and Relief Hotel Manager. During his first year, he worked in various leadership positions across Australia and New Zealand. He is also the brain behind Nesuto's brand signature service ethos and in-house training programme, Make the Call, which has been rolled out to empower teams to deliver extraordinary guest experiences. In his new position, Johnson will oversee all Human Resource-related matters across Australia and New Zealand, training, and development opportunities, aiding with mentoring team members and ensuring Nesuto' stays real'.

"I could not be prouder of our Nesuto team over the past two years. They have risen to the pandemic challenges with determination and professionalism, and we are delighted to acknowledge the hard work of John, Nikita, and Lee with their promotions. Our goal for the group is to grow our business and our people, so with John, Nikita and Lee appointed in their new roles, we can look towards an exciting future for Nesuto," said Mark Ronfeldt, CEO of Daiwa Living Nesuto.

"Teamwork makes the dream work, and it's been humbling to see the Nesuto team across Australia and New Zealand coming together for success. My heartfelt congratulations to our entire Nesuto team, whom I greatly admire and am grateful for their commitment to the ongoing growth and success of the business in the region."
