Four Seasons Resort Lanai has appointed Lacey Matsumoto as Spa Director, responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, from staff training, treatments and retail, and fitness facilities, to the Resort’s Yoga and Wellness programme.
Matsumoto brings a wealth of experience with a distinguished spa and wellness background of more than 15 years to the luxury resort hotel. Before joining Four Seasons Resort Lanai from the Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, she worked in various salon and resort spa facilities, acquiring a deep knowledge of spa, hotel, and retail operations.
She looks forward to innovating new treatments with enhanced local inspiration and creating unique programming while promoting growth and training with the spa wellness team.
